What is silicone sealing?
Silicone sealing protects the joints and edges around tubs, showers, sinks, backsplashes, windows and tile corners. Over time, caulking can crack, mould, or peel, which leads to water damage and bacteria growth.
We remove old, failed material completely and apply high-quality, waterproof silicone that seals out moisture and leaves a clean, lasting finish. Whether it’s one shower in your home or every bathroom in a new tower, the result is the same: straight, even lines that look sharp and keep water where it belongs.

Window silicone is unforgiving. Every wobble, smear and fingerprint shows against glass and frames, and it can’t be painted over or hidden with a touch-up. A clean result comes from careful prep, precise taping and a steady hand.
We seal windows, doors and storefront glazing on custom homes and commercial buildings, including black-framed glazing, with lines that match the frames and disappear into the design.
For security film and glazing contractors, we follow the film manufacturer’s instructions and the approved project details. Some films need a small clearance at the frame, and the sealant must suit both the film and the glazing system, so not every window is sealed the same way.

Commercial & multi-unit
Firestop caulking
Where pipes, conduit and cables pass through fire-rated walls and floors, the openings have to be sealed so fire and smoke can’t travel between suites and floors. We seal those penetrations and joints with fire-rated sealant on new builds, multi-unit and commercial projects.
Firestop products only perform as part of the system they were tested in, so we install the products and details specified for your project, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and leave every penetration ready for inspection.

Inspect & quote
We look at the joints, the surfaces and the right silicone for the job. Photos are usually enough for a quote.
Remove the old seal
Old, cracked or mouldy caulking is cut out completely. New silicone over old never lasts.
Clean & prep
Joints are cleaned of residue and mould, dried, and taped where the line needs to be perfectly straight.
Seal & tool
One continuous bead of mould-resistant silicone, tooled smooth and matched in colour to the grout, tile or frame.
Final check
Tape is pulled, surfaces wiped down, and every line checked before we leave, with cure times explained.

Where do you re-caulk?

Do you remove the old caulking first?
Yes. Old, cracked or mouldy material is fully removed and the joint is cleaned before new silicone goes on. That’s what makes the new seal last.
What colours of silicone do you use?
White, clear, grey and black are the most common. We match the silicone to your grout, tile, countertop or window frames so the line looks like it belongs.
