About the project
Over five months, Nubrix Construction completed the kitchen and bathroom silicone in roughly 100 homes ahead of possession.
That covered countertops and backsplashes, sinks, tubs, showers and tile joints, with mould-resistant silicone and consistent lines in every unit so homes were ready for walkthroughs.
