WHAT IS SILICONE SEALING?
Silicone sealing is an essential service for protecting joints and edges around tubs, sinks, backsplashes, and tile corners. Over time, caulking can crack, mold, or peel—leading to water damage and bacteria growth. We remove old caulking and replace it with professional-grade, waterproof silicone that seals out moisture and gives your surfaces a fresh, clean finish.

OUR STEP BY STEP PROCESS:

Surface prepration
Old caulking is carefully removed, and the surface is cleaned and dried to ensure strong adhesion of new silicone

Application of Silicone
We apply a smooth, even bead of mold-resistant silicone using precise, controlled tools—no sloppy lines, no mess.

Finishing Touches
Using a gloved finger or caulk-smoothing tool to smooth caulk/sealant into joint within two to five minutes.

After applying the silicone, we do a full inspection to make sure every line is smooth, sealed, and consistent. We clean up any excess material, remove tape, and wipe down the area. Most silicone sealants take around 24 hours to fully cure before they’re ready for regular use.
Final Review & Clean-Up
Why Re-Caulking is worth it?
Silicone sealing isn’t just a finishing touch — it plays a key role in protecting your home and keeping it looking clean and modern. Over time, old or poorly applied caulking breaks down, leaving gaps that allow water, dirt, and bacteria to enter. This can cause hidden damage that’s costly to fix later. A simple re-caulking job can restore the look of your space and protect it for years to come.
Here’s why re-caulking is one of the smartest maintenance investments you can make:
-
Protects Against Moisture & Water Leaks
Proper sealing prevents water from slipping into tile joints, behind bathtubs, or under sinks — avoiding hidden rot, swelling, or mold damage. -
Prevents Mold & Mildew in Wet Areas
Bathrooms and kitchens naturally build up humidity. Fresh silicone blocks bacteria growth and keeps joints sanitary and easy to clean. -
Makes Surfaces Look Like New Again
Old caulking can yellow or crumble over time. A clean silicone line makes your tub or backsplash look crisp, fresh, and well-maintained. -
Extends the Life of Your Fixtures
Sealing the gaps around bathroom hardware or kitchen edges helps your tile, cabinets, and counters last longer by preventing moisture buildup. -
Adds to the Overall Cleanliness of Your Space
Smooth, properly applied silicone gives your bathroom and kitchen that sharp, finished look — no blackened lines or gunk around corners.
